** EASA TRACEABILITY REQUIRED *Certificate of Conformance with traceability to the EASA approved source is required. *Certificate requires the following verbiage: Part numbers on this PO are traceable to the applicable OEM, FAA PAH, Air Carrier, or EASA Repair Station, and traceability documentation is on file. All parts are EASA Approved and eligible for installation on EASA certified aircraft per the bilateral agreement between FAA and EASA *Lack of proper certification could cause rejection of items and could cause delay in payment **GENERAL QUALITY CLAUSES *No changes or substitutions allowed on materials, components, parts, assemblies or required documentation of any kind unless approved in writing by Sim Aviation, Inc. *In the event of non-conforming products have been shipped, notify Sims Aviation, Inc. Quality Manager immediately. *Suppliers shall retain all quality records for a minimum of 10 years. *If applicable. Items must have 75% shelf life remaining. *Ensure product safety *Right of access by the organization, customer, and regulatory authorities to applicable areas of facilities and applicable documentation *POC (Point of contact) as named on the purchase order for the company *Sims Aviation, Inc. will keep track of on-time deliveries and quality failures *Critical part failures must be reported to concerned stakeholders *Suppliers ensures, with the acceptance of this purchase order, that persons are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity including their contribution to product safety and the importance of ethical behavior and agrees to the conditions as specified by Sim Aviation, Inc. Purchase Order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
1. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND/OR FAA 8130-3 REQUIRED WITH SHIPMENT.
2. PLEASE ADD TWO COPIES OF YOUR INVOICE.
3. NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SHIP AS SPECIFIED.
